A | Credit card used at the time of booking must be present the day of departure, along with your photo I.D. |
A | Food and beverages are welcome aboard the Island Soul, excluding red wine. Catering options are available to enhance your experience and day at sea! |
A | In the event weather conditions prevent your departure, you have the option to cancel or reschedule without penalty or fees. |
A | We require written notice of your cancellation and email is acceptable. If you cancel 30 days prior to commencement we will fully refund your deposit without any penalty. Between 30 and 14 days prior to your cruise we will retain your full deposit. Any time after 14 days before commencement we will retain 50% of the full charter fee. |
